- Check-in time 3pm to 7pm (please call if late arrival is necessary)
- Check-out time 12:00 (noon)
- Reservations are accepted starting on the Second Monday of each year, only by phone, after 9:00 am
- (Off Peak reservations accepted 1 year in advance from the check in day)
- 3 nights are required in peak-season, (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day)
- We accept Credit Card/Debit Card for booking deposit by phone. Cash or Debit/Credit card for final payment. Card must be issued/verified in the name of the user. A 50% booking deposit is required.
- Remaining balance plus 10% occupancy tax for the entire stay is due on arrival. Req. 21 or older to rent.
- REFUNDS: If for any reason you need to cancel, the deposited amount is refunded at 75%, if our office is email notified 2-weeks before arrival date. If less than 2-weeks of arrival date, 0% up to 50% is refunded. If reservation dates are moved, downgraded, or partially cancelled, policy is still enforced for each night booked. (No refunds for "no-show" or early departure of all or part of reserved dates for any reason including poor or inclement weather conditions.)
- No refunds given for early departure or those expelled for not respecting rules and regulations of 4J.
- Sheets and towels are not provided. A Linen's packages can be arranged for, as a one-time additional fee during OFF-peak season ONLY. The linens fee may vary by number of occupants and must be arranged for 48 hours in advance of your stay.
- Only 1 extra guest more than amount cabin sleeps is allowed with, $15 extra charge per night.
- Vehicles of registered persons only allowed at cabin (2 vehicles per cabin only).
- Extra cabin vehicles and vehicles of day visitors must be permitted and parked at front parking area. (Mandatory Daily Parking/Day Visitor fee)
- Pets are not allowed
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING ARE ALLOWED IN CABINS.
